Log in to The Locker

The Coaching Association of Canada is dedicated to enhancing your coaching journey through The Locker – a comprehensive resource for managing and tracking your National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) training and certification for over 2 million users, across 67+ sports. 

Coaches who are asked to provide information from their coach education transcript can log into their personal account, download, save and share the required information from their Certification page.

Sport administrators who have received permission to view a coach's transcript and have completed Locker Training should log in to The Locker using their administrator access.

How to access your Transcript from a computer

Logging into The Locker on a desktop device?  Navigate to the Profile page to find the Certification tab.  If needed, you can filter the transcript by sport, context or status and click the print icon to print directly, or save your transcript as a PDF file.

How to access your Transcript from a mobile device

Downloading your Transcript on the go? Coaches can view their NCCP Certifications easily on the mobile version of The Locker.  

Looking for a specific module?  Select the menu icon to visit the full version of The Locker. Navigate to your Profile page to find the Certification tab in order to access your full NCCP Transcript.

Save The Locker to your phone

For easy access to The Locker on a mobile device consider adding it to your mobile home screen as a web app.  Follow these easy steps based on your device:

  • iPhone: Open Safari, navigate to thelocker.coach.ca, tap the three-dot menu icon, tap the share button, select "Add to Home Screen," and tap "Add."
  • Android: Open Chrome or Firefox, navigate to thelocker.coach.ca, tap the three-dot menu icon, select "Add to Home Screen," and confirm by tapping "Add."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why has the Public Access function been removed?

The original need for the feature no longer exists, as coaches now can manage their access directly through their Locker account. This step is intended to provide coaches with more direct control over access to their Coach Transcript, and to improve the technical performance of the core functionality of the Locker platform.

How can I access my coach transcript?

Coaches can access, download, and print their own transcript at any time by logging into their Locker account and viewing their Certifications page under their Profile.

Can a coach access their transcript on their mobile device?

Yes, coaches can view their Certifications in the mobile version of the Locker.  To view your full transcript, navigate to the Full Locker icon and into the Certification tab within the Profile section. Follow the video instructions above for more information.

Does the Locker have a mobile app?

 The Locker does not have a mobile app, however it is optimized for mobile viewing and can be added to the home screen of your mobile device for easy access.  Follow the video instructions above to add it as a web app.

Where can a coach get additional support if they cannot log in to the Locker?

Coaches who require support can contact Coach and Partner Services at coach@coach.ca.

What should organizations do if they require proof of training or certification from a coach?

Organizations should request that coaches provide a copy of their transcript directly from their Locker account.

Where can sport administrators learn more about available Locker functionality?

Administrators are encouraged to complete Locker training to ensure they are familiar with current platform and processes.

How do I know if my organization has administrator access to The Locker?
