Description

Self-care involves actively engaging in practices that preserve or enhance one's health and overall well-being through lifestyle choices and daily decisions. It goes beyond meeting basic physical needs and encompasses aspects like psychological, emotional, spiritual, social, financial and academic well-being, aligning with Game Plan's five pillars.

This worksheet was jointly developed by Game Plan and the Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sport. We suggest completing it with the guidance of your Game Plan advisor or mental performance consultant. Honesty with yourself is the initial stride toward crafting a dependable self-care plan.
