Work/Life Balance
Hybrid work model with opportunities for added flexibility:
3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
Set your own work schedule within CAC core business hours.
Work remote for up to 4 weeks per year.
Additional work from home weeks scheduled throughout the year.
Best in class paid time off policies, including:
- 12 paid sick days per year;
12 paid statutory holidays per year;
- Full-time permanent employees start with 15 vacation days;
Additional vacation accrual starting after 2 years of service;
