|How it Works|| |
Coach chooses 3 to 4 training intervals or exercises.
Athletes approach the coach and secretly voice their choice (1, 2, or 3).
E.g. If Athlete 1, 3, and 6 chose Choice 1 then all three athletes would complete 2 x 10 push-ups three times over (or 6 x 10 push-ups).
If Athletes 2, 4, 5, and 10 chose Choice 2, then the four of them would complete 12 x 20 seconds plank (4 times the initial exercise).
Decision making, core and skill development, athletic abilities (this can be used with interval training)
Choices can include athletic abilities such as interval training or skill-based drills.
