Participants divide into two equally distributes teams and stand behind opposing lines face one another (lines should be 2 – 6 metres apart). A round ball (identifiable from the rest of the balls by being a different colour, type or size) is placed in the middle, between the two lines. The players on each team are given the remaining balls to throw at the ball in the middle. The objective of the game is to get the ball in the middle to cross the opposing teams line.
This game can be modified to all environments (for example, use pucks or rings on an ice surface).
