Coaching History: I originally started in speed skating as an athlete and as I got older, I started volunteering and helping more with coaching my club ice. After the 2015 Canada Winter Games, I decided to focus more on coaching than competing. My favourite moment was coaching the 2018 Manitoba Winter Games and experiences multi-sport games in a coaching role versus athlete role.

Currently Coaching: I am coaching all age groups. My main club ice group is learn to skate so anywhere from 5-13. I also help coach the provincial team so anywhere between 12-18. Finally, I have just recently started helping the Masters program (anyone 18+)

Fun Fact: I have competed at the 2015 Western Summer Games, 2015 Canada Winter games, and the 2017 Canada Summer Games.

Fish terrify me, and yet I would be happy to float in the ocean for half a day.

What you do with your free time: I train a lot. When I’m not coaching I will either be riding my bike, doing my strength and conditioning, rock climbing and playing ultimate at cross training, and trying not to over train.
