Cones and Balls

Split the participants up into 2 teams. Set up 3 cones at opposite ends of the playing field. Place the balls in the middle of the space. When the coach says go the teams will race to grab a ball. The teams will try and knock the other teams 3 cones down before their own gets hit. Players are allowed to catch the balls to stop them from hitting the cones. The first team to hit all 3 of the opposing team’s cones wins.
Works on throwing, catching, decision making, and hand-eye coordination.
Can be played on a court, field, gym and ice. Modify the game to make it harder or easier by changing the number of balls in the game.
