Knights, Horses and Cavaliers

Stage of Activity

10 - 15 minutes

Number of People

How it Works

Participants move around the playing area and waits for knights, horses or cavaliers to be called. When one is called, they must find another a partner as fast as possible to create the appropriate action with.
Knights - One person gets down on one knee and the other person sits on their thigh.
Horses - One person gets down on all fours while the other sits on their back.
Cavaliers - One person picks up the other.

This activity is great for warm-up. It works on the participant’s decision making and agility.

It can be played on all environments: court, pool, snow, ice, court and gym by modifying the actions for each knight, horses, and cavaliers.
