Play a standard game of tag, except that to catch or evade being tagged, children must use a two-foot take-off jump to move about. The leader should start the game with jumping and then when children get tired, change the game so that some of the time the children run and tag, jump-tag on a signal, run and tag on another signal, etc. Other motor skills can also be incorporated.
