Duane Bratt - Lacrosse 

Duane is a long-time player, coach, referee, and administrator in both box and men's field lacrosse. 

At the national level, Duane is the Canadian Lacrosse Association's (CLA) National Resource Person for Coaching and he wrote the National Coaching Certification Program’s (NCCP) Competition-Development (Box) coaching manual and updated the Competition-Introduction (Box and Men’s Field), Community-Development (Box and Men’s Field), and Community-Initiation (Box) coaching manuals. He is also the Chair of the CLA’s Long-Term Athlete Development Committee.

At the Provincial level, Duane is currently the Vice-President of Technical Development for the Alberta Lacrosse Association and Vice-President of the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League. He is a Master Coach Developer and remains an active Coach with the Calgary Jr. A Mountaineers.

In 2015, Duane was awarded the Coach Developer of the Year Award from Alberta Sport Connection.
