Set time limit (e.g. 2 minutes). The goal is to tag as many people as possible in the time. If you are tagged, complete a core exercise (e.g. 3 push-ups or 3 high-knee jumps) then join back in the game! If two people tag each other at the same time, BOTH do the exercise and then keep going. Repeat several times trying to tag more people and/or changing the “tagged” exercise.
Warm-up, agility, core strength and balance, court-sense.
