Participants divide into four equal groups and each team selects a corner of the gym. The object of the game is to see which team can get to the diagonal opposite corner the fastest using the chosen action called out by the leader (eg. if the leader calls out "hopping," the teams must hop to the opposite corner). Every turn the middle of the playing area will become a hectic zone as they pass each other while performing the action.
Agility, Jumping, Spatial awareness, Balance, Coordination
Can be used in a variety of environments by modifying the skills, and can be adapted to have athletes using sport-specific movements to cross the playing field including dribbling a ball across a field, stick-handling a puck on ice, etc.
