Put on your apron and enter the Coach’s Kitchen! Designed for coaches and parents to help support the dietary needs of their athletes, these recipes will offer ideas on what to eat and drink before, during, and after training or competition for optimal sport performance.

These recipes were assembled by Angela Dufour, Nutritionist at the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic, and Performance Dietitian with Team Canada at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics. The recipes were also approved by nutrition leads at the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network.
