How do you feel about this experience?
Yes. I am excited to be a part of the 2015 Pan Am Games with my fellow coaches and athletes and the whole of Canada.

What are you most looking forward to about coaching on home soil?
Good performances from the athletes and a huge support base from our fans.

What was the most important part of your preparation as a coach?
Making sure the athletes are peaking at the right time for the games.

Did everything go according to plan? What would you do differently?
Injuries presented a challenge and we are hoping to pull it all together.

What would a medal performance by one of your athletes mean to you as a coach?
I would mean the hard work has paid off and the athlete and Canada deserve it.

What did NCCP training teach you that will serve you well in the heat of competition at these Games?
Preparation is key; don't over analyze just stick to the plan.

What tip do you have for development and community coaches?
Trust what you know and seek to learn more from good sources.
