Bag of cards with exercises, challenges, or skills

How it Works

Goal is to try and complete as many cards as possible in the allotted time.
One athlete chooses a card, reads it to the group (or coach explains), then the group completes the challenge.
Cards can be posted or placed aside until the game is over.

*This can also be included in a long run, ride, ski, skate, or other endurance activity for “mini movement” breaks within the longer session.


Adaptable to any skill or athletic ability that is being trained.


Complete a neighbourhood run and have the bag full of “crazy cards”, for example spinning jumping jacks, Ninja jump kicks, and so on.
Every block or two an athlete draws a card for the team to complete before continuing.
