Each youth will tie 2 balloons onto their legs. One around each ankle. The idea of the game is to pop the other player’s balloons while protecting your own. The last player with 2 balloons unpopped is the winner.
This is a great warm-up game. It works on agility, awareness, coordination and running skills.
This activity can be played on a court, field and gym. Modify this game by restricting how a balloon can be popped.
