How do you feel about this experience?
I'm very excited to be part of such a prestigious event.

What are you most looking forward to about coaching on home soil?
It is always a privilege to play on home soil. I look forward to showcasing what our players can do.

What was the most important part of your preparation as a coach?
To me the most import part is the training plans for the players. I have had to change their plans to fine tune their training quite a few times but everything seems to be on track and I am looking forward to having them perform at their best.

What would a medal performance by one of your athletes mean to you as a coach?
I am not thinking about this at the moment.

What did NCCP training teach you that will serve you well in the heat of competition at these Games?
The training helps me in a variety of ways, from managing conflicts to everyday challenges when preparing players physically and mentally.

What tip do you have for development and community coaches?
The technical side of the sport is easy when coaching. The most difficult to manage is the human nature of the athletes. The NCCP trainings really helped me in this regard. Each coach has different needs but I would encourage anyone to take the training and apply it so as to suit their needs.
