Time

Number of People

How it Works

Coach chooses 3 to 4 training intervals or exercises.
E.g. Choice 1 = 2 x 10 push-ups
Choice 2 = 3 x 20 sec. plank
Choice 3 = 3 x 5 standing long jumps

Athletes approach the coach and secretly voice their choice (1, 2, or 3).
Once all athletes have chosen, the coach adds up how many athletes voted for each exercise and that determines the total number those athletes complete.

E.g. If Athlete 1, 3, and 6 chose Choice 1 then all three athletes would complete 2 x 10 push-ups three times over (or 6 x 10 push-ups).

If Athletes 2, 4, 5, and 10 chose Choice 2, then the four of them would complete 12 x 20 seconds plank (4 times the initial exercise).

Applications

Modifications
