How it Works

Static: Safely practise headstands and handstands by trying to balance on one very small mat. Use 1-foot by 1-foot mats, and see how many children can balance on them at the same time without anyone touching the floor.

Dynamic: Face the leader and watch his/her arm. Move in the direction the leader’s arm points. As the leader points, move quickly in that direction. When the leader makes a sound (whistle, clap), instantly balance on one foot.
