How it Works

Static: Balance on other body parts — knees, the rear end with the feet in the air, on the shoulders with the feet in the air, on one side of the body, etc.

Dynamic: Walk along a line drawn on the floor (badminton court lines in a gymnasium, for example). Start with 10 points, and lose one point every time you step off the line. Increase the speed of movement, or stop and start. Try with taped or drawn zig-zag lines.
