Online registration

Online registration for Petro-Canada Sport Leadership sportif 2009 is now closed. If you wish to attend the conference, please register and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by cash onsite at the registration desk.

 

Full Conference Fee

Early Bird Full Conference Fee: $425 Cdn by Friday, October 2, 2009, 23:59 – Pacific Daylight Saving Time for all registrations paid in full.

Late Full Conference Fee: $475 Cdn after Friday, October 2, 2009, 23:59 – Pacific Daylight Saving Time. Note – a late fee ($50.00 Cdn) will be charged for registrations not paid in full and payments received after Friday, October 2, 2009, 23:59 – Pacific Daylight Saving Time.

Online registration will close on Friday, October 30, 2009, 17:00 – Pacific Daylight Saving Time.

Onsite registration will take place on a first come-first serve basis and by availability only. Please register onsite and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or by cash at the registration desk.

Enrolment Policy

CAC reserves the right to cancel sessions if there is insufficient enrolment. In addition, CAC reserves the right to add or change speakers or change session descriptions. Every effort will be made to communicate changes as they occur.

Refund Policy

A processing fee of $100 Cdn will be withheld for any cancellation received on or before October 2, 2009, 23:59 – Pacific Daylight Saving Time. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after this date.
