Delegates are responsible for booking and paying
for their own accommodations and arranging for shared accommodations
if desired. A special conference rate has been secured at
the official event hotel – the Westin Nova Scotian –
as well as the overflow hotel – Four Points by Sheraton.
Both hotels are located within close proximity to one another
and are within walking distance.
Reservations must be made by Monday, September 10 to secure
the conference rate as limited spaces are available at this
rate. When making your reservation, indicate that you are

Airport Shuttle
Delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements for transportation to and from the airport to their hotel.
There is an airport shuttle service operated by Airporter ($18 – one way) with a kiosk set-up in the arrivals/baggage claim area. Look for the “Ground transportation” sign.
