CAC reserves the right to cancel workshops if there is insufficient
enrolment. In addition, CAC reserves the right to add or change
speakers or change workshop descriptions. Every effort will
be made to communicate changes as they occur.
Refund Policy
A processing fee of $100 Cdn will be withheld for any cancellation
received on or before October 15, 2004. No refunds will be
granted for cancellations received after that date.
To obtain a refund, please return the official receipt along
with your written request to the Coaching Association of Canada,
141 Laurier Avenue West, Suite 300, Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 5J3.
