How it Works

Small Team (3-on-3 or 4-on-4) Soccer Games: Use a small pitch and simple goals. No goalkeepers allowed. Modify the rules to encourage passing. “Everyone has to touch the ball before a goal can be scored,” “Goals can only be scored with your left foot — now only with your right foot.”

To Modify: Use same principle for other sport-specific applications: basketball, rugby, ultimate, water polo, etc.

Can be used in all environments: field, court, pool, snow, ice, gym.
