How it Works

Coach writes the name of a variety of sports OR sport skills from a specific sport on cards in a grab bag.
Athletes make a circle with enough space to spin 360 degrees safely.
One at a time, athletes take turns choosing one card from the bag.

The coach reads the sport and the athletes perform or demo the sport in slow motion for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Applications

Balance, coordination, core stability, team cohesion, space and body awareness, dynamic warm-up or cool-down

Modifications

Group athletes in teams and have them perform each sport as a group.
