How it Works

Identify a playing surface with cones, lines, or other markers. Place one ball per player in the space. Players run around and when the coach blows their whistle, each player must sprint to a ball, squat down to touch the ball with their bottom and then continue jogging around the area.

Warm-up, balance, stamina, agility

Modifications

This game can be modified in many environments (field, court, ice). Make this game more difficult by making the activity completed on the whistle more difficult. Make this game easier by having the players bend and touch the ball with their hand/elbow.
