Participants break up into two groups. One group lies on the ground in a circle face up, heads toward the center, feet in the air. The other group stands in a circle around the first group. The objective is for everyone to keep the ball in the air. The group on the ground are only allowed to use their feet and the group standing should only use their hands. Once they have tried for a while, switch the participants’ positions.
Warm-up, striking, kicking, coordination.
Can be used in many environments. To make the game harder, add multiple balls and increase the distance of the standing players and the players laying down.
