How it Works

Make 4 lines of cones, approximately 2 metres apart.
In each row, space 5 to 8 cones one half to one meter apart.
Place a finish line 30 to 40 metres from the final cone in each line.
Athletes begin at the start line in front of their row of cones.
On “GO” they weave in and out of their line of cones, then sprint to the finish.

Speed, agility, lateral movement, reaction time

Modifications

Space cones at different intervals (e.g. several closer together and several further apart) to increase variability and movement adaptations.
Easily adapted to most environments and diverse locomotor movements.
