How it Works

Athletes group up in twos or threes.
Each group is given 3 minutes to plan a crazy core exercise for the group.
When the planning time is up, each group demonstrates their exercise and the whole team completes it for 1 “mad minute”.

The goal is to have enough groups to do 5 to 8 exercises.

Applications

Core stability, athlete autonomy, strength endurance, teamwork

Modifications

After all exercises have been demonstrated, a different timeframe could be used, for example 20 or 30 seconds.
