How it Works

Participants pair up and face one another. Each partner stands on one leg, while holding the other leg behind them with one arm. The participants then try to push, pull, or trick the other person off balance. Each player should only attempt to target the other player's free arm and no other parts of the body. Once a player is forced to place both feet on the ground, the player is out.
