Parent’s Nutritional Checklist

The following checklist can help you locate nutritional resource materials relevant to young athletes. It can also help determine whether your child athlete might benefit from nutritional counselling. If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions, you and your child may benefit from a nutritional consultation with a dietitian who has met the criteria of the CAC Sport Nutrition Registry or who is affiliated with your Canadian Sport Centre.
