Compensation  

  • The CAC offers industry-competitive salaries, reviewed regularly to align with job function and performance.  

  • CAC employees have access to extended group health and dental benefit plans upon completion of a 3-month probationary period, and a matching-contribution pension plan after 2 years of service.  

  • Annual funding for individual and group professional development.

Work/Life Balance 

  • Hybrid work model with opportunities for added flexibility: 

    • 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.  

      • Choose your own in-office days. 

      • Holidays and time off count towards the in-office requirement. 

    • Set your own work schedule within CAC core business hours.  
    • Work remote for up to 4 weeks per year. 

    • Additional work from home weeks scheduled throughout the year.

    • 12 paid statutory holidays per year; 

    • Full-time permanent employees start with 15 vacation days;  
    • Additional vacation accrual starting after 2 years of service;
